Using Socio-Economic Trends to Drive Investment Decisions
The founders of Off Plan Investments are great believers in the value of monitoring and taking the time to evaluate economic, social and marketing trends. They guide the way we as a company invest and help make better investment decisions available to our customers. Only thorough this in-depth analysis can we make accurate predictions, and make more measurable investment opportunities.
Let's take some examples of trends in new transport / communication and development / regeneration impacting on investment property prices. As a general rule Off Plan Investments select our investment areas based on a “positively changing” area. This normally means new transport links or that a city area has been selected for purpose led regeneration. It is remarkable how little the average person considers when they buy their homes – they won't notice until they can actually see and use the newly built links, this is when the prices start moving up dramatically.
The trick is to get in well before the unveiling, before it can physically be seen even being built.
