Off Plan Investments Most Favourable Property Investment Areas

Off Plan Investments has a scheme up and running aptly titled ‘Invest Northwest’ the scheme is focusing in and around the Northwest UK, which we believe is currently crying out for investment and off plan property development.

At this time we have property available within 5 key locations.

Liverpool – The prices in Liverpool stayed the doldrums until June 2003 when the city won it’s bid for the 2008 European Capital of Culture. Prices immediately started rising at about 2-5% a month and have continued on this trajectory since. With continuing developments appearing daily Liverpool and its neighbours are prime for property investment.

Manchester - Recently, AIM North (Alternative Investment Market) has taken up residence in Manchester due to its thriving investment property sector; and if the total investment in UK property (£58.4bn in 2005, the highest on record) continues to rise, it could see Manchester sneaking closer to that London top spot.

Preston - As the Preston property market keeps on growing day by day, there is
more and more of a gap to fill these services. With its recently awarded City status Preston is fast becoming a metropolis with new retail outlets and job opportunities the rental market can’t keep up.

Blackpool and the Fylde Coast- Blackpool is in the midst of mass regeneration with over £1.5billion offered by local government as an initiative in an effort to attract a wealth of new businesses and services to the town. This is a substantial redevelopment programme covering a number of projects, including new leisure facilities, hotels, infrastructure along the seafront, roads and other improvements.

Southport - There has been significant investment in recent years with the town able to offer many of the features that the discerning tenant requires. There is the new pier bridge and road, the marine lake, the famous Lord Street shopping arcade, cinemas, theatres, bowling alleys and several supermarkets.

All of the above are great property investment potential; we have a host of available property in these areas for you to take advantage of.
