<p>You don&#8217;t have to agree to your property assessment there is still time to appeal against it to be specific you have until the 31st of January.</p>
<p>Last year more than 98% of property owners agreed to their property assessment.</p>
<p>Appeals must be written and it is a good idea to appeal as the price of your property is more than likely to increase.</p>
<p>It is a good idea to have a look at the prices of other properties within your area to get a good idea of what price you could be looking at.</p>
<p>So don&#8217;t be a fool and appeal against your property assessment.</p>
